I personally think that if there are any more Underworld films or the TV series should be about other parts of the world other than Eastern Europe. It has been practically been done to death and it would be really cool to see other vampires in different parts of the world. I personally like the idea of it being set in America and being able to see the New World/American Coven and what it is like. I'm American and am fascinated to learn more about the vampires and the Coven that would be in my country if all of this was real. Although the Western Coven (I think was/possibly is located in England)/British Coven would be really cool too. It would either be a historical film/set in the past (TV series), before and during the Council and Amelia's deaths, or after the Purges and we see that it survived the Purges (not sure if they did, but in my head and idea they did). There is a fanfiction I read centering around Amelia and the New World Coven I kinda would like to see as a film, but with some differences of course. It could also center around Amelia's reign as Elder. We've seen Viktor's reign in the first and second films, but we hardly know anything about Amelia's.
What's on your mind?
I want the people to make Underworld 6, about the history of the Immortals
Alexander Corvinus: The First True Immortal
Helena Corvinus: Alexander's Human Wife
Marcus and William Corvinus: The Pure-Born Immortals, The Identical Twin Brothers, The Two Immortals Sons Of Alexander Corvinus and The First True Vampire and The First and Most Powerful Werewolf
The Third Unnamed Human Corvinus: The Third Unnamed Human Son Of Alexander Corvinus
Alexanders' people were ravaged by a plague, an unknown plague, or unknown plague virus.
William bitten by a rabid wolf and turn into The First And Most Powerful Werewolf.
Marcus bitten by a rabid bat and turn into The First True Vampire.
And other things on the film of Underworld 6, but I need a title for Underworld 6.
In Rise of the Lycans, Viktor stated that he intended to make Sonja an Elder someday and on the Vampire Elders page, it says that becoming an Elder may be hereditary. If this is the case and a vampire became an Elder after the Purges like Selene, David and Lena did and they had a child, how would that work in terms of the reign of the other chosen Elders and etc.? Say there were multiple children of the Elders, could essentially all of them become Elders somehow or would it be limited to a small amount of the Highborns?
When the Elders chose a Regent to lead their covens when they slumbered, did they choose one Regent to rule over an entire continent or were multiple Regents chosen to rule over different continents? The Elders established their own covens and territories. Viktor ruled over Ördögház and possibly over covens most likely in other parts of Eastern Europe and certain parts of the world; and Amelia ruled over the Eastern Coven, the New World Coven, the Nordic Coven and presumably the Western Coven (Thomas's old coven). Would Viktor and Amelia have established a single Regent in Europe to run all of their covens in Europe or would a Regent be established in each of their covens (in Europe) while they slumbered? I highly doubt that vampires in other countries would want to be ruled by a foreigner. I'm working on a little guide for Underworld vampires and this could really help.
Turns out that the name William is of Germanic origin, and Markus is Hungarian, but Alexander is greek in origin.
I believe that Eve wanted to be alone to protect her mother and herself given the evidence we have to go on, despite what she said.
Having given it much thought I now believe that Eve is not a tri-blood hybrid at all. But rather a perfect blend between the vampire and lycan species, even more so than her father, who is much more lycan than vampire. Eve doesn't trully favor either species. She has some lycan traits but also some vampire traits, like her eyes, they are black with blue sclera, the blue showing her vampire half and her roar is a mixture of lycan and vampire. So she is likely a neutral hybrid. This makes her even more special than she already was.
I think Marius's enhanced Lycan form is a good model for a bulked up Lycan dominant Lycan and Vampire Hybrid.
I really wish there could be official audiobooks for Greg Cox's Underworld movie novelizations.
I really wish that Greg Cox had written novelizations for Awakening and Blood Wars like he did for the first three films.
Greg Cox's writing is amazing.
This fanboy's narration has a strong accent. I wish someone else could take over the project.
Watching Ryse of the lycans, the scene of Sonja death's. Lucian is in chains, with some arrows in the back, we know that he can tranforsm when he want, also without full moon, but he doesnt's do it, maybe because the arrows are made with silvers. But then, with fullmoon he transforms. Maybe the full moon give more strenght to a lycan also if he can transform when he want?
I know that Vampires grow stronger as they get older and there are tiers of physical prowess hierarchy within the species, but how would you rank the levels of strength of the tiers in a way that can be comprehensible? I mean, we see Death Dealers get eviserated quite easily by Lycans, while some can hold their own (i.e. Selene pre hybrid).
In like Marvel scale of vampires: Deacon Frost, Blade (yes, I know he's a damphier), Morbius (also not a true vampire). How do you think they stack up against the Vampires of the Underworld universe?
what does Lucian mean when he states, "and if he wishes it... immortality"? Doesn't all who get bitten by either vampire or WW automatically immortal if they survive the bite?
How would Lucian give immortality to those already werewolves?
A normal vampire versus a normal lycan. Who could win the fight?
Usually, but not always, all the vampires/lycans of same generation has the same physical characteristics. I mean same characteristics for species, lycans and vampires are different from each other.
In my opinion, these are the differences between the two species
Physical force: Lycan > Vampire
Physical endurance and regeneration: Lycan = Vampire
Agility: Lycan = Vampire
Speed: Lycan < Vampire (I am not sure)
Ranged weapons: It depends, can change with experience and training
Fighting technique: It depends, can change with experience and training
The lycan can use weapons only in human form
The vampire, without weapons, probably could die
So, imagine a lycan against a vampire.
Both with a gun and a knife. Who you think could win?
Lucian and Tanis had an agreement. Tanis gave weapons to Lucian that protected Tanis with some lycans. But there are two things that I dont understand: 1) We know that Lucian love his brothers lycans, he hate the slavery, so why did he give lycans to Tanis? lycans that stay in chains....it has no sense for me.... 2) Tanis had a lot of weapons (weapons against vampires) in his cove, but who gave that weapons to him?
I realize that perhaps Eve could in fact really be neutral hybrid. Before you decry this, think for a moment, the type of hybrid she is, is never named in the movies. And given that the pure Corvinus Strain doesn't do much to change Selene, its possible that the term Tri-Blood Hybrid is a misnomer.
The theatrical cut of Underworld is one of my favorite films ever and it was never available on regular Bluray. When I found out it would be on UHD (despite my not currently having or wanting that equipment, I knew I'd eventually have it) I was relieved. Now, I'm pissed they messed with it.
