What if Michael survived after Marius killed him?

I know Michael has the ability to heal like he survived in the second one. I know blood could help by treating his wounds. I know Scott Speedman didn't reprised his role as Michael in Awakening and Blood Wars, but maybe someone found him and gave him blood to come back.
