As a Vampire, Semira possessed all of the powers and abilities of her kind, with her attributes being enhanced upon her transformation into an Enhanced Vampire.

Semira Vs. Thomas
- Superhuman Speed/Agility: As a Vampire, Semira was able to move at superhuman speeds. This speed was later enhanced by her transformation into an Enhanced Vampire. She was able to easily do back flips, dodge attacks and even catch two daggers in mid-air, simultaneously, as they had been thrown at her.
- Superhuman Strength/Endurance: As a Vampire, Semira possessed great strength and resilience, able to engage Thomas on equal grounds and quickly recover from his attacks. Her strength and endurance were increased by her transformation into an Enhanced Vampire, allowing her to go toe-to-toe with David who is also an Enhanced Vampire.
- Superhuman Senses: Like all Vampires, Semira also had her sensory abilities enhanced to superhuman levels.
- UV Immunity: After being transformed into an Enhanced Vampire, Semira gained the ability to withstand ultraviolet light.

- Weapons Mastery/Expert Combatant: Semira is shown to have a mastery of melee weapons, particularly swords and daggers. She is also an expert fighter, able to engage Thomas, an experienced Vampire in a fight and quickly kill him once he dropped his guard. She was also able to nearly win a fight against David who likely has more experience with his Hybrid abilities, only losing the fight because she allows herself to become distracted.
