He is a Corvinus, but a distant descendent, his C. strain is quite far away from Alexander's, I mean, there is dozen of others bloodlines added to his blood through generations, making his strain, less and less potent. Marcus, William and the third human son were direct descendents, but even they weren't pure as Alexander, because their mother was a mortal human (IMO). Selene is not a descendent but she has the pure C.strain after she drank direct from the source (Alexander). Eve heritage the bloodline from her father and the purest C.Strain from her mother, so Eve would be the purest Corvinus alive and all those who use her blood become more "pure".
