Where does this come from?[]
William was turned by a big black wolf trying to save his brother Marcus. Marcus and William were riding their horses through a forest when out of no where, a big black wolf emerged from the forest. It went for Marcus and tackled him to the ground. The wolf tried to get at Marcus throat, but William leaped off his horse and pulled the beast off him before the wolf ripped out Marcus throat. As William helped his brother up, the wolf leaped on William and bit his arm. Marcus killed the beast but it was too late. Marcus took William to the nearest tavern. That is where he changed, into the first Werewolf.
Does that come from the novelization of the third movie? AlessaGillespie 10:27, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- I just did a quick search and found no sources so far, so its either fanfiction, wild speculation or someone theorizing and I found this site which seems to make the info look like that is either fanfiction or wild speculation as the near exact info from the page comes straight out of a gamer's mouth. http://www.immortalnight.com/forumsexternal.php?viewtopic=35843
Just double checked the post date on that thread and its 2011 so they may have got it from here but still, I have not found any sources. If there are any sources out there, its needs to be found and cited. No decent wiki would keep unsourced info on a page, so I recommend it be removed until a source can be found and cite, I will deleted it myself after 24 hours, its enough time for someone to find a source. - Just found out that the information is indeed correct, I found a source, sort of which can be cited http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=nwq_f9LoRmgC&pg=PA1&source=gbs_toc_r&cad=3#v=onepage&q&f=false
The black wolf is not said to be rabid though, and I am surprised find that a common wolf being a threat to super strong powerful immortals, its very silly. I will cite the source now, the info should be written though. The Cruentus (talk) 16:44, May 12, 2013 (UTC)
William's Captivity[]
Anybody can explain how did William managed to stay alive during all those years in his prison? Was he in some kind of hibernation or something? I know that vampires can sleep several centuries, but i don't think that same rule also goes for lycans. Rick Smith (talk) 11:26, August 15, 2012 (UTC)
- It would appear that he did indeed go into some sort of hibernation, as that would be the only thing that could slow down his need for sustenance without killing him. That said, the books don't comment on it, if I recall correctly. AlessaGillespie Talk Contributions 05:03, October 26, 2009 (UTC) 19:35, August 15, 2012 (UTC)
