Thasarine is a drug or serum developed by Vampire Death Dealer researchers to arrest a Lycan's regression from their Werewolf form, as they do so after death.
The drug is seen as having been used in Evolution, where Selene and Michael Corvin, having come to a Vampire Safe House to re-arm, (and for Selene to leave Michael there to keep him safe), discover a dead Lycan test subject, still in it's Werewolf form, dispite having been long dead.
